1. Discussion & Pricing
Every project is different. We start with a short call or chat to understand the scope.
The final quote is based on the project requirements and may vary from standard package rates.
2. Contract
A written contract is signed for every project.
It defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, usage rights, privacy, and payment terms.
Work starts after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
3. Payment & Rescheduling
A deposit of at least 2,000 THB is required to reserve a date for Samui shoots.
For projects outside Samui, deposit terms are discussed individually.
The remaining balance is due on the shooting day.
Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
The deposit is transferred to the new date.
4. Format Selection
Please confirm deliverables (video/photo type, duration, aspect ratio) before production starts.
Changes after the shoot may require a revised quote.
5. Travel & Locations
Client covers travel, accommodation (if required), permits, and location fees. Final costs depend on distance and logistics.
6. Edits
One round of revisions is included.
Additional changes or new ideas outside the approved brief are billed separately.
7. Usage & Privacy
Usage type (personal or commercial) is defined per project.
Personal packages are for private use only.
Commercial and brand usage is licensed separately.
If you prefer no public posting or portfolio use, an additional 30–50% applies to the total project price.
Full buyout (copyright transfer) is available and quoted separately.
8. RAW Footage
RAW footage is not included in any package.
It is available as an add-on upon request.
